General Please read Please read these terms of use carefully. By using the ID Photo&Passport Assistant (hereinafter "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The developer and owner of the Service is: Shanghai Yixuan Network Technology Co.,Ltd.

How the service works The purpose of the service is to enable you to edit your own photos to meet specific technical standards (e.g., pixel size, DPI, background color). Data Processing Notice: By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your images may be processed either locally on your device or on our secure remote servers to achieve professional AI editing results. Our processing is strictly for the purpose of providing you with the edited output.

Subscriptions and Payments Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat to facilitate subscription management and validation. Your use of paid services is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Any refund requests must be directed to and handled by Apple.

What the Service does not do The Service can only guarantee the compatibility of the technical characteristics of the images. The Service does not check the identity of the person in the photo. It is your responsibility to ensure the photo provided meets the legal requirements of the target authority.

Transfer of rights Shanghai Yixuan Network Technology Co.,Ltd. has the right to transfer the Service, its production and the rights and obligations under it to any third party without your consent.

Governing Law The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If consultation fails, the court of the defendant's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
