ID photo&Passport Assistant ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ID Photo mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Information Collection And Use Our Service provides a hybrid image processing experience to ensure high-quality results:
- Local Processing: Certain basic editing features are performed locally on your device.
- Cloud Processing: To provide advanced AI features (such as background removal, image enhancement, and compliance checks), your images may be temporarily uploaded to our secure servers for processing. We do not store your original images longer than necessary to provide the Service.
- Usage Data: When you access the Service with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including device unique ID, IP address, operating system, and diagnostic data.
Third-Party Service Providers We use third-party SDKs to monitor and analyze the use of our Service and manage subscriptions:
- AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer to attribute installs and analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns. It may collect device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/GAID) and IP addresses.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage your in-app purchases and subscriptions. It processes anonymized transaction identifiers and purchase history to ensure your subscription status is synced across your devices.
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state or country where the data protection laws may differ. If you are located outside China and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to China and process it there.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
